Booking Terms & Conditions

 

BRIMPTS BARN

 

No service charge is made.

 

All bookings are provisional and will remain so until receipt of a 30% deposit.

 

30% deposit should be sent together with a completed booking form.  Deposit must be received within a fortnight or the booking may become invalid without notice. The full balance of the holiday will become payable not later than one month before the holiday date.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made in writing and will forfeit the deposit unless a prior agreement has been made.

 

For full and/or part cancellations made:

• Up to 2 months prior to the arrival date : no further  payment is necessary.

• Up to 1 month prior to the arrival date : you will be invoiced for 50% of the total bill.

• Less than a month prior to the arrival date : you will be invoiced in full.

 

Where appropriate we reserve the right to deduct any outstanding charges from a credit/debit card without prior consultation.  To avoid cancellation losses we recommend that the hirer takes out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to exceptional circumstances.

 

Method of Payment

• We accept VISA, Mastercard, SWITCH over the telephone

• Cheques made payable to Brimpts Barn

• We can provide details for BACS transactions.

 

Any breakages incurred during your stay must be paid for.

 

At the end of the hiring the hirer shall be responsible for ensuring that the hired premises are left in a clean and tidy state.  An additional cleaning charge may be made if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory condition.

 

The Barn is available from 4:00pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.

 

 

BRIMPTS COTTAGE

Camping and Camping PodS

 

Bookings

All bookings are provisional until the receipt of a 50% deposit.

Balance to be paid upon arrival.

Bookings can not be amended or cancelled within 28 days of arrival.

 

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify Brimpts Farm as soon as possible.  Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your Pod/pitch.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pods/pitches will be allocated on arrival.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

 

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.  Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.  Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

 

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately.  Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10 pm and 7 am.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Brimpts Farm reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

 

Reception

Reception is unmanned after 8 pm. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your Pod/pitch.

 

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.

 

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 10:30 pm and 7 am .

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch.  Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
